Dr. Marcia-Lisa Dennis received her BSc from McGill University, MSc from Dalhousie University and her Doctorate from Boston University. A rehabilitation professional since 1999 offering services to a varied clientele, she has extensive experience in community home-care; indigenous care, pediatrics, teaching at a private college, and working with military members (PTSD, traumatic brain injuries, chronic pain). Dr. Lisa is an award-winning entrepreneur and has a special interest and is passionate about Black health and improving the health disparities that is caused by racism and trauma. Her doctoral project focused on the School to Prison Pipeline and she has developed a skills based anti-Black racism workshop for educators which has been modified for all audiences.

Lisa Tramley graduated in 2016 from Eastern College with a diploma with distinction for Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy Assistant. Since graduation Lisa has worked at several different jobs within her field gaining experience in both physical and mental health. Lisa has proven her ability to create a good rapport with clients and to be able to help clients meet their desired outcomes by safely and proficiently carrying out treatment plans and helping clients overcome barriers.
